Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with 5S standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in climate-controlled environment
- No prior experience necessary – paid training provided
- Reliable transportation to our Arlington facility
