Responsibilities
- Perform efficient order picking, packing, and shipping of goods
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) with provided training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
