Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99% on-time delivery accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment provided by the company, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, safety compliance, and organization within the warehouse aisles.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and verify stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding equipment handling.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (Mandatory).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for equipment operation.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
