Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment following safety protocols
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and discrepancies upon receipt
- Maintain clean, hazard-free work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Positive attitude and commitment to punctuality/reliability
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening (no background check required)
