Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using our digital inventory system
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols while loading/unloading trucks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper training
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting systems
- No background check required – we focus on skills and attitude!
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends if needed
