Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily quotas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing certificationMaintain organized inventory using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing products for quality control
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to our Northwest Side facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
