Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; no college degree required
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse technology systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
