Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments and quality inspections
Qualifications
- No background check required – all qualified applicants considered
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Way facility
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
