Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are optimal.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including packing slips and shipping labels, accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent observational skills to ensure accuracy in picking and packing tasks.
