Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Inspect products for quality control and report any discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and counting
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and receiving incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
