Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload freight trucks with pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting duties
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Valid driver's license (required for forklift certification)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- No prior criminal record required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours
