Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and packing systems
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance reporting
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid government-issued photo ID (no background check required)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Stable employment history (last 2 years verifiable)
- Comfortable standing/walking for 8+ hours
