Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to all safety protocols including OSHA compliance and proper lifting techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid California ID or driver's license (no background check required)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to Mandela Parkway facility
