Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting cycle counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on machinery and report any safety issues.
- Organization: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for full-time shifts (Day/Night available).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the Las Vegas location.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check Waiver: Must be willing to proceed without a background check for immediate consideration.
