Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and pack orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in cycle counts.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (if certified) or pallet jacks to move materials.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets standards.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently manage inbound and outbound freight using proper safety equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record is required.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
