Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Shipping and Receiving: Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Customer Service: Ensure packages are labeled correctly and delivered to the correct departments.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a work environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and data.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Drug Screen: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
