Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using our WMS.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a drug screen (background check not required for this specific role).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and physical inventory tasks.
