Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select merchandise from shelves and prepare it for shipment using handheld scanners and packing equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels by performing regular cycle counts and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and regulatory standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep your work area clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counts and measurements.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts.
