Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and label products according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) after training
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners
- Load/unload shipments safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Participate in regular facility maintenance and cleanliness
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Port Ave location
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
