Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain organized inventory in digital and physical systems
- Perform quality checks to meet shipping standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Willingness to pass background/drug screening
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly with assistance
