Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with forklift/pallet jack assistance
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack customer orders with scanning technology
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment after training completion
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to our Houston facility
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
