Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in organized warehouse locations
- Pick and pack orders with attention to detail and speed
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) after training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong reliability and punctuality
