Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock rotation in climate-controlled zones
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse management systems for real-time tracking
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and dispatching goods
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper lifting techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varied environments
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Houston facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
