Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using barcode scanners and RF guns
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Inspect goods for quality and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories
- Support loading/unloading of trucks with proper equipment operation
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-paid)
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (climate-controlled areas)
