Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions and cleanliness standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- No experience required—comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse setting
- Basic math skills for inventory and order verification
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment (training included)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with occasional heavier items
- Valid California Driver's License (preferred for equipment operation)
