Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and track inventory shipments
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our North Carolina facility
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
