Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets and quality standards
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through proper stacking and cleanliness protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
