Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship orders using warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after certification (no prior experience needed)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Keep work areas clean and organized to prevent hazards
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
