Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking of incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Worth facility
