Responsibilities
- Unloading, sorting, and organizing incoming shipments
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
- Operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with training
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhering to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Must pass background check and drug screen
