Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with provided training
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA guidelines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required - full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills for inventory management
