Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification) with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanning devices
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Uphold strict cleanliness and organization standards in all warehouse areas
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking operations
- Participate in regular safety training and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic math skills for inventory management tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
