Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and prepare shipments for distribution
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Load/unload trucks safely and organize warehouse storage areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to Mesa, TX worksite
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
