Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas for optimal efficiency
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets and maintain safety standards
- Load/unload trucks with proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive paid training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with touchscreen technology
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
