Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory using warehouse management systems
- Prepare orders for shipment by selecting, packing, and labeling products
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train from day one!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with reasonable accommodation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
