Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and sort incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
- Maintain organized inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train motivated beginners
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
