Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using handheld scanners and labeling systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Load/unload freight trucks and organize products in designated warehouse zones
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Reliable transportation to shift-based work schedule
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (climate-controlled areas available)
- No prior warehouse experience required—full training provided
