- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon hire).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
