Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store incoming inventory using our modern warehouse management system
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality control
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Long Beach facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
