Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certified training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Support outbound shipping processes and quality control checks
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
