Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality control
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – all training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper technique
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
