Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments with precision and efficiency using manual and powered equipment
- Sort, label, and organize inventory according to company standards
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing certification training
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with quality control inspections and documentation processes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Reliable transportation to our Mesa facility
