Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory accurately
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse stock
- Pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift training provided)
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Valid state ID (required for equipment operation)
