Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to priority lists
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas through daily 5S practices
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in monthly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to our Milwaukee facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Team player with strong communication skills
