Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using automated systems and manual processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training and certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using handheld scanners
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in voluntary overtime shifts during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
