Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas with barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment to clients nationwide
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, scales, etc.) with proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in quarterly inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of eligibility to work
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork and safety
