Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory in our state-of-the-art facility
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing paid certification
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain organized and clean workspaces following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide full paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Way location
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
