Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment following quality standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Keep workspace organized and compliant with 5S standards
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide all training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk for entire shifts
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to our Seattle facility
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
