Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment to customersMaintain organized inventory using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per day
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team environment
