Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and sort incoming shipments using powered industrial equipment (training provided)
- Inspect goods for quality assurance and document inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and responsibly following OSHA guidelines
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas to maximize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
